Snack Spotlight: Wild Friends

I first learned about Wild Friends, a nut and seed butter brand, via Instagram accounts of some of my favorite food bloggers! In May of 2012, the co-founders of Wild Friends appeared on the TV show Shark Tank, a show where people pitch a business deal featuring their products in hopes that one of the “sharks” will invest in their company! Wild Friends co-founders were offered a deal and the rest is history! The co-founders are my age (mid 20s) and have built a highly successful company, which is so inspiring to me!

Wild Friends single serve packets are perfect for on the go! I pack them anytime I travel! I love all the flavors, but my favorites are the Classic Creamy Peanut Butter and Organic Honey Sunflower Butter! Paired with a banana or an apple (or by itself), Wild Friends single serve packets make a great snack in the airport, on a road trip, or on the golf course! They also contain the perfect amount to make a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich that is just the right ratio of peanut butter to jelly. A PB & J is a classic favorite that can be found in the golf bags of many PGA tour pros for a mid-round snack! I love using Wild Friends at home in my smoothies, on toast, or in yogurt bowls!

I am a huge fan of these single serve packs because they help with portion control! I KNOW I’m not the only one who is a threat to reach back in the jar for a second spoonful of nut butter! I am so fond of the fact that Wild Friends products contain minimal ingredients and are free of additives and preservatives!

I find Wild Friends products at Sprouts and Whole Foods, but you can also order them directly from their website!

If you haven’t tried this brand, you should!

Always finding joy,
